MIDI PRICING:

main vocal: 6 USD per minute [song duration]
8 USD per minute for fast tempo vocals
+4 USD fixed price for overlapping mains
harmony track: 4 USD per minute [song duration] (per track)

UST(x) PRICING:

See MIDI pricing.
Lyric input is 2 USD per MIDI track.
UST(x)s come lyric and BPM-inserted; untuned.
Specify the intended voicebank format or I will leave japanese as CV kana and english as word-based input.
(japanese VCV, english VCCV etc.)

Japanese and English songs only.

Default Rule

Your commissioned MIDI/UST(x) files are for your personal use and cannot be distributed to third parties.
Distribution of rendered vocals (WAVs) is allowed.

Public Distribution

To distribute the files publicly, an additional 100% fee will be added, effectively doubling the original price.

Private Sharing for Tuning (Exception)

You may privately send the MIDI/UST(x) file to a third party only if they are tuning the vocals.
The tuner must agree not to use the files for any other purpose. This private sharing is free of charge.

TERMS

By contacting me regarding commission you are agreeing to having read and accepted the terms.
I hold every right to refuse a commission without further explanation.
Requested song needs to have an official instrumental available.
Credit to "comorybxto" where it is due is mandatory.
If any UST/MIDI error from my side is found within the duration of 7 days upon receiving completed commission, I will fix the mistakes free of charge.
You need to provide written proof of the owner permitting me to oto if you do not own the voicebank.
In case of deadline being too tight and my knowing I cannot make it in time, I will be refusing commission. Please give me at least 1 week after confirming payment.

flow of commission

Commissioner contacts with request form including necessary details.
I check sent files and let commissioner know if I accept this commission.
Commissioner will be informed of the end price and of an estimated commission completion date.
If everything is alright up until this point, commissioner will be asked to pay via Western Union.
I will start MIDI/USTing upon confirming payment.
Commissioner gets files back via Google Drive.
